Your email.
Your choice.
Goalden Fitness is a product of Kiloma Advanced Solutions. The app is in development. This page explains this separate prelaunch waitlist; it is not the app’s health-data policy.
What we collect
Your normalized email, confirmation and consent dates, disclosure version, approved campaign identifiers, and any optional goal/reason selections. An interview invitation has its own optional consent. We do not ask for phone numbers, body measurements or medical history.
What it is for
After you confirm your email, the list is for the launch announcement and occasional Goalden development updates. Optional answers help us decide what to build and explain. Joining does not promise access, a launch date or a fitness result.
Your controls
Use the private link in a confirmation email to change optional answers, withdraw interview permission, unsubscribe or delete your details. Email confirmation is required before launch/update subscription. We do not silently reactivate a suppressed address. If a link expires, request another from the waitlist form. After removal, contact the operator if you later want to rejoin; reactivation requires a fresh verified request.
Retention and suppression
Unconfirmed addresses expire after seven days. Waitlist records expire after 12 months unless a new purpose and consent are agreed. Unsubscribe and deletion remove the email and survey answers from this database immediately. A keyed, non-readable email fingerprint and removal reason remain to prevent future sends. The intended backup retention is at most 30 days; the production recovery configuration must be verified before collection. Removals must be reapplied before any restore is used. Email-provider logs have their own retention and deletion process.
Measurement and security
We count page sessions, signup requests and confirmations with fixed campaign labels. A session is not a unique person. There are no ad pixels, email-open trackers or cross-site analytics. Brief rate-limit records use keyed network-address fingerprints, not stored raw IP addresses. Production bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile; hosting and email services necessarily process technical delivery data. No optional answers are sent to advertising platforms.
Service providers
The production stack uses Vercel for hosting, Neon PostgreSQL for waitlist storage, Postmark for email and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Contact the operator for the approved processing regions and provider terms.
